Registration for this event is required to book a reservation at The Venetian Resort, Insight’s partner hotel. While the room block is open, and once registered for the conference, you will be emailed a unique link to book a room within the Insight block (the block ends Aug. 24).

The deadline to book a hotel room for Insight 2023 is August 24th, 2023.

If booked through the Insight room block prior to August 24th, the room rate is for our conference dates of Sunday, September 24 - Wednesday, September 27 are: 
Run of Hotel - $195 + tax rate
Run of Hotel - Luxury Two Queen Suite - $230 + tax

Resort Fee - $38 per room per night + tax

The pre-conference shoulder dates of Friday, September 22 - Saturday, September 23 are:

Run of Hotel - $399 + tax rate

Note that these rates are based on availability in our block and are subject to change or sell out.  After August 24th, any available rooms will be sold by the hotel at their prevailing rates and based on their availability.

Conference attendees may modify or cancel their existing hotel reservation by using a link provided in their confirmation email. Key dates and terms include the following:

• Cancellations should be made no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled arrival date by using the same link provided in your reservation confirmation email ​​or by contacting either The Venetian Reservations Department at (877) 385-3885 or The Palazzo Reservations Department at (866) 659-9659, as applicable.
• After this, the charged deposit of one (1) night suite and tax per suite will be forfeited.
• Name changes to hotel reservations can be made until seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled arrival date by using the same link provided in your reservation confirmation email or by contacting either The Venetian Reservations Department at (877) 385-3885 or The Palazzo Reservations Department at (866) 659-9659, as applicable.
• Please note that canceling your event registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation.

AFTER August 24th when the block cut-off takes place, changes must be made 

NOTE:  As of Sept. 1 our Room Block is CLOSED!

Please contact the Venetian Resort Service team for any change requests or new reservations at 702-414-1000 and reference Trimble Insight (please note the hotel has two Trimble conferences booked there, so please specify it is for INSIGHT). Since the cut-off date has now passed, changes and new bookings will be subject to the hotel’s prevailing availability and rates (which are higher than the negotiated rate before the room block cut-off).  This cannot be done online.

Yes. Up to 10 rooms can be booked at the same time.
