Yes! If you register with the early bird discount valid through April 21, the registration price will be $1400. For additional savings, if you register before that date as a group of 3 or more, the price will be $1300 per person.

Yes! The agenda has changed this year to include an exciting Driving Technology: Industry Partner Showdown on Tuesday afternoon, where attendees will experience a fast-paced schedule of live demos and vote on the winners!  As a result, we are extending our educational session offerings on Wednesday to accommodate this new scheduling shift, to include three educational session slots – meaning the conference will end later in the day than in past years (at 12:15 p.m. local time).

We've also listened to 2022 survey comments, and are enhancing our educational session offerings. This year,registrants will be able to filter and choose the precise sessions they want to attend. It will now be easier than ever to build personalized schedules that match our attendees’ business needs and areas of interest!

For cancellations made by July 21, 2023, a full refund will be processed. For cancellations made after July 21 and before or on September 10, a 50% refund of the paid fees will be processed. Cancellations made on or after September 10 will not be refunded. Substitutions will be accepted until September 24, 2023.

Yes! We offer several options for guest registration:

Day Pass (valid for one-day conference registration on Monday, Sept. 25, or Tuesday, Sept. 26): $900 (USD) includes access to educational sessions and evening event, as well as all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
Monday Night Guest Registration: $350 (USD) includes access to the Havana Nights event.
Tuesday Night Guest Registration: $350 (USD) includes access to the offsite party and entertainment..

Note: Guests must be at least 21 years of age, as alcoholic beverages are available during evening activities.

  • Four days of sessions, materials, networking, and events. With access to over 200 educational sessions hosted by Trimble Transportation and industry experts, there is no shortage of content available to you.
  • All meals, beverages, snacks, receptions and evening entertainment.
  • Software labs and demonstrations, unlimited access to the Insight LAB for personalized help-desk questions and troubleshooting.
  • Industry and business speakers, and access to an Expo Hall packed with over 80 different exhibitors and partners.

Note: Fee does not include airfare, lodging, travel fees or transportation.

Attendees with the Premier Pass will receive a private link to access all slides that are provided by speakers for educational sessions, as well as general session, keynote session and select Leadership Series session recordings, for 90 days after the event (these will be posted approximately 7 business days from the event conclusion). The link is not shareable. 
You may add-on this option at the time of registration, or log in at a later date after you've registered and upgrade to a Premier Pass.  If you choose to upgrade at a later date ahead of the conference and were registered as part of a group, please email to assist you in making that change.

Please contact the Venetian Resort Service team for any change requests at 702-414-1000 and reference Trimble Insight (please note the hotel has two Trimble conferences booked there, so please specify it is for INSIGHT). Since the cut-off date has now passed, changes and new bookings will be subject to the hotel’s prevailing availability and rates (which are higher than the negotiated rate before the room block cut-off).

Payments must be made by credit card (American Express, MasterCard and Visa) at the time of registration. No business invoices for attendee registrations will be issued. Note: All funds are collected in USD.

If you are a Trimble employee, prior to registering for the conference, you must have pre-approval from your manager. Your department will be charged $1,475 for your registration fee. You will be asked to enter your business area, legal entitity and cost center and your manager's name during the registration process. A resource guide on how to locate this information will be included in your staff invitation.

Yes, substitutions can be made up until September 24, 2023. To make the substitution, find your Registration Confirmation email.

  • Under the payment details, there is a link to access your registration details.
  • In the ‘My Registration’ tab hover over ‘More Options’ and select ‘Substitute Registration’.
  • You will be prompted to enter their details to complete the substitution and they will receive a confirmation email.

Click the link in your Registration Confirmation email to access your registration.  Click on the "Modify" registration if you need to make changes to your registration details.  There is also an “Already Registered?” button on the landing page of our website where you can login to your profile and make updates to your registration details.

We plan to finalize the session offerings and make them available to add to your personalized agenda in early May.  You will be able to filter our session offerings by category and product to ensure you are viewing sessions that most closely align with your business needs.

We're recommending "Resort Casual" for daytime events, which are all held indoors. The venue will be air conditioned, so we recommend bringing clothing for layering.

You may want to lean a bit more on the dressier and cooler side for our Havana Nights event, as well as for the offsite party on Tuesday night, as these are both outdoor events.

And last, you’ll want to wear shoes you are comfortable walking in!

We continue to monitor coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreaks and variations and plan to continue with Insight 2023 as scheduled. Should things change, we will notify you with our plans as soon as possible.
