Once you register, you will receive a link to PassKey, our hotel registration system, in your registration confirmation email. Follow the instructions in this email and you will select a room from our room block.

New this year: there will be special two-hour breakout sessions starting at 2:30 pm on Sunday, September 15th. You'll want to plan to arrive Sunday morning so you don't miss out on this additional content. Luggage storage will be available for Sunday arrivals if your room is not quite ready when sessions begin.

The conference will conclude on Tuesday, September 17th at the Fremont Street block party, so you'll want to plan to check out on Wednesday morning to take full advantage of all the fun and networking opportunities.

Registration for this event is required to book a reservation at The Venetian Resort, Insight’s partner hotel. While the room block is open, and once registered for the conference, you will be emailed a unique link to book a room within the Insight block. 

The deadline to book a hotel room for Insight 2024 is August 15, 2024.

If booked through the Insight room block prior to August 15th, the room rate for our conference dates of Sunday, September 15 - Wednesday, September 18 is $195 + taxes and fees.

Note that this rate is based on availability in our block and is subject to change or sell out.  After August 15, any available rooms will be sold by the hotel at their prevailing rates and based on their availability.

New this year: As a perk for booking in our room block at either The Venetian or The Palazzo, you are able to enroll in our Show Your Badge and Save program- an initiative to help you save on shows, restaurants and attractions across Vegas! You will receive instructions in your registration confirmation email.

Conference attendees may modify or cancel their existing hotel reservation by using a link provided in their confirmation email. Key dates and terms include the following:

• Cancellations should be made no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled arrival date by using the same link provided in your reservation confirmation email ​​or by contacting either The Venetian Reservations Department at (877) 385-3885 or The Palazzo Reservations Department at (866) 659-9659, as applicable.
• After this, the charged deposit of one (1) night suite and tax per suite will be forfeited.
• Name changes to hotel reservations can be made until seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled arrival date by using the same link provided in your reservation confirmation email or by contacting either The Venetian Reservations Department at (877) 385-3885 or The Palazzo Reservations Department at (866) 659-9659, as applicable.
• Please note that canceling your event registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation.

AFTER August 15 when the block cut-off takes place, changes must be made by emailing insighthotel@trimble.com.
