The 2024 Insight Tech Conference starts on Sunday, September 15, 2024, and ends on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at the Venetian in Las Vegas, Nevada.

There are several different costs to attend, depending on when you register. Please see the list below.

  • Early Bird Rate – $1,350 (ends Monday, June 17, 2024)
  • Regular Rate – $1,500 (ends Wednesday, August 14, 2024)
  • Late Registration – $1,750 (from Thursday, August 15, through Sunday, September 15)
  • Day Pass (Monday or Tuesday) – $900
  • HOV Lane (Group Rate) – $1,400/person for a group of three or more people from the same company

No, only one discount will apply to each registration. Discount codes cannot be stacked, including group rate discounts or discounts during promotional periods.

Registration will open in May 2024.

This year’s event will feature dozens of new educational sessions and exhibitors, as well as new main stage presentations and more. In addition, we’ve changed our approach to the overall experience and agenda. With our new festival-style format and Insight Pavilion, attendees will always have a new opportunity to learn, share and network. All registered attendees will receive an invitation to a Know Before You Go webinar this summer to highlight all the exciting features of this year's conference. 

We will also be introducing a Save My Seat feature in the mobile app so you can reserve a spot in sessions and be added to a waitlist when they are full. 

If you request a cancellation by Friday, August 2, 2024, a full refund will be processed. For cancellations requested after August 2—but before Friday, August 23—a 50% refund of the paid fees will be processed. Cancellations made after August 23 will not be refunded. Attendee substitutions will be accepted until Monday, September 16, 2024.

We want to provide attendees an unparalleled, focused opportunity to network and collaborate with their fellow transportation and logistics colleagues. To that end, we will not be offering guest passes this year.

If you register three (3) or more people from the same company at the same time, each registrant will receive $100 off. But please note that you must register everyone at the same time and discounts do not stack.

  • All meals, beverages, snacks, receptions and evening entertainment.

  • Industry and business speakers, as well as access to the Insight Pavilion packed with more than 80 different exhibitors and partners

Please note that the registration fee does not include airfare, lodging, travel fees or transportation.
 

Once you register, you will receive a link to PassKey, our hotel registration system, in your registration confirmation email. Follow the instructions in this email and you will select a room from our room block.

Payments must be made by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover) at the time of registration. No business invoices for attendee registrations will be issued. Please note that all funds are collected in USD.

If you are a Trimble employee, you must have approval from your manager before registering for the conference. Your department will be charged $1,500 for your registration fee. You will be asked to enter your department number (Oracle Cost Center Code) and your manager's name during the registration process.

Your confirmation email includes a link to view a receipt for your registration. If you cannot locate your confirmation email and need it to be resent, please email insightconf@trimble.com

Yes, substitutions can be made up until Monday, September 16, 2024. To request a substitution, please email insightconf@trimble.com

Click the link in your registration confirmation email to access your registration.  Click on the "Modify Registration" option if you need to make changes. There is also an “Already Registered?” button on the landing page of our website where you can log in to your profile and make updates to your registration details. If you need to change your registration type (i.e. day pass to general attendee), please email insightconf@trimble.com.

We plan to finalize the session offerings and make them available to add to your personalized agenda in May 2024.  You will be able to filter our session offerings by category and product to ensure you are viewing sessions that most closely align with your business needs.

We recommend that attendees dress "resort casual" during daytime events, which are all held indoors. The venue will be air conditioned, so we recommend bringing clothing for layering. Our evening events this year are both casual and comfortable- sneakers are recommended for Monday's event at Atomic Golf.

We kindly ask that if you feel even a little unwell at the time of travel, please stay home. In the event of illness, contact us as soon as you are able, and we will honor your registration fee for our 2025 event.
