What is Trimble Insight on the Road?
Insight on the Road is a 1.5-day, high-touch regional extension of our flagship conference. It is designed to bring Trimble product experts and industry education directly to your region, focusing on operational excellence and technical troubleshooting.

How does this relate to Trimble Insight in San Diego?
While our premier conference in San Diego (September 27-29) is the ultimate global gathering for our entire community, Insight on the Road is a high-touch, regional extension of that experience. It provides a more intimate venue to dive deep into technical workflows and network with local peers right in your backyard. In fact, joining us at Insight on the Road unlocks exclusive priority pricing for the San Diego conference later this year.

Who should attend from my organization?
The event is built for your entire operation. We recommend a mix of executive leadership, maintenance and operations managers, and power users.

Registration & the company pass

How does the "company pass" work?
We offer a flat-rate company pass for $500 that secures full access for up to five members of your organization. 

What if I want to bring more than five people?
Each additional company pass purchased will grant another five slots. For larger team registrations or specific needs, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

Do I need to provide the number of attendees I will bring at the time of purchase?
Yes. To ensure a consultative and high-touch experience, we require a confirmed number of attendees during registration. While names are fully transferable until the event date, an accurate count allows our team to properly scale the Insight Lab and tailor our educational sessions to the specific roles and expertise of your team.

Note: If you need to substitute a team member closer to the event date, please contact your Customer Success Manager to update your registration.

We are currently finalizing our lineup of expert speakers and product-focused breakouts. The full 1.5-day schedule will be released shortly.

Is this a product training event?
It is a blend of both. Our Insight Lab and product-focused breakout sessions offer 1:1 technical troubleshooting for your specific software workflows, while our expert-led education focuses on broader industry strategies and operational efficiencies to help drive your bottom line.
