Steve Chapman serves as a Solution Architect at Trimble Transportation. He has been with Trimble for 20 years; he did an earlier stint with TMW in 1996-1998. His role as Solutions Architect allows him to use his analytical skill set to discover the needs of new and existing customers. He uses those results to create User Requirements deliverables for the client and the implementation team to map the future state in the customer environment.
