Monday, September 28, 2026, 4:40 PM - 5:05 PM  | Firefly Stage (Pavilion)
Rene Hernandez, Manager, Software Engineer, Trimble Inc.
Adam Rossman, Product Manager, Fleet Hub, Trimble Inc.
Description:

This session showcases how Trimble TruckMate TMS and Fleet Hub come together to close the loop between back-office dispatch and the cab. Attendees will see real-time load, stop, and status data flow from TruckMate through Fleet Hub to a driver's ELD, and how driver-entered updates (arrivals, departures, ELD/HOS status) flow back into TruckMate automatically, reducing phone/radio check-ins and manual re-keying. The goal is to give operations, dispatch, and IT stakeholders a clear picture of the connected workflow, the configuration touchpoints, and the operational wins (visibility, driver efficiency, data accuracy) that come from running the two platforms together.

Learning Objectives:
  1. Understand the data flow — Describe how dispatch, load, and stop information moves bidirectionally between TruckMate and ELDs via Fleet Hub, and where the integration touchpoints sit in each system.
  2. Recognize the operational benefits — Identify how real-time driver status updates and automated messaging reduce manual dispatcher workload and improve on-time visibility for customers.
  3. Identify setup and configuration considerations — Know the key prerequisites for enabling and maintaining the TruckMate–Fleet Hub integration in a live fleet environment.
