This session showcases how Trimble TruckMate TMS and Fleet Hub come together to close the loop between back-office dispatch and the cab. Attendees will see real-time load, stop, and status data flow from TruckMate through Fleet Hub to a driver's ELD, and how driver-entered updates (arrivals, departures, ELD/HOS status) flow back into TruckMate automatically, reducing phone/radio check-ins and manual re-keying. The goal is to give operations, dispatch, and IT stakeholders a clear picture of the connected workflow, the configuration touchpoints, and the operational wins (visibility, driver efficiency, data accuracy) that come from running the two platforms together.

1. Understand the data flow — Describe how dispatch, load, and stop information moves bidirectionally between TruckMate and ELDs via Fleet Hub, and where the integration touchpoints sit in each system.
