John Van Nortwick is the Director of Sales Solutions Engineering at Fleetworthy Solutions, where he helps North America’s largest fleets leverage integrated safety, compliance, tolling, and bypass technologies to reduce risk and improve operations. With more than two decades of leadership in trucking safety, compliance, and technology, including as Vice President of Product Development at RAIR/Lytx, he pioneered ELD Audit and CSA solutions adopted by more than 50 of the Top 100 carriers. At Lytx, he also helped advance video safety and analytics platforms, driving widespread adoption of high-tech safety solutions that have transformed how fleets manage risk. Prior to his career, John served in the U.S. Marine Corps during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, where combat experience helped shape his leadership style and approach under pressure.
