Celebrate creativity, sustainability, and New Orleans tradition with this hands-on bead art workshop. Using a 4” round wood-and-cork coaster as their canvas, attendees will choose from design options such as monograms or playful shapes. Guided by an onsite artist, participants will stencil their chosen design and then embellish it with vibrant, recycled Mardi Gras beads sourced from ARC New Orleans, an organization dedicated to bead recycling and work initiatives that give back to the community. By layering beads in their chosen colors and patterns, guests will create a one-of-a-kind keepsake coaster to take home—a meaningful memento of New Orleans that supports both sustainability and local artisanship.
