Andrew Forman co-leads the Supply Chain and Logistics Technology vertical within the Verticalized Software, Data & Analytics investment banking group at TD Cowen. TD Cowen has advised on prominent deals within the SC&L and automotive landscape, most recently advising TSD Mobility on their sale to Reynolds & Reynolds. Prior to TD Cowen he was the Founder and CEO of a technology startup in the ecommerce enablement space for 6 years. Andrew holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a BA degree in Mathematics and Economics from Hamilton College.
