Tom Moore, CTP, is the Executive Vice President of the NPTC and the author of the Benchmarking Survey Report since 2005. Tom has 40 years of transportation-related experience in a variety of public relations, journalism, and lobbying capacities. In his current role with NPTC, Tom is responsible for the Council’s education, certification, research, and event programs. He earned his Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) ® credential in l997. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University.
